Ore. (June 8, 2018) Rear Adm. Blake Converse, commander, Submarine Group Nine, is knighted as a Royal Rosarian during the annual Rose Festival Fleet Week Royal Rosarian Honorary Knighting Ceremony. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard Members from the and Canada making the city a port of call.
