Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 416th Theater Engineer Command’s 277th Engineer Company based out of San Antonio, Texas, provided assistance to local residents in Hidalgo County by pumping out about 66,000 gallons of water at one of their local pump stations. 277th Eng.
