London, The Crown Jewels are kept locked away in nthe Tower of London. The Crown of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother is one such. The Koh-i-noor diamond can be seen clearly. This crown is said to be lucky for women but unlucky for men. In1671 an attempt was made to steal the Crown Jewels by Colonel Blood was thwarted, they were taken from the Martin Tower to the Wakefield Tower, in 1967 the Crown Jewels were moved to an enormous underground vault in front of the Waterloo Barracks.
