Todd Kelly who is taking his final military flight, at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport on April 12, 2017. Maj. Gen. Kelly joined the North Carolina Air National Guard back in 1989 and has served as the Assistant to the Commander, Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., since 2014.
