Fore wing pale grey-brown mottled with creamy white, the veins and submedian fold streaked with crimson ; some crimson at base of inner margin with some white on its outer edge ; obliquely placed white antemedial spots in and below the cell with some crimson on their inner sides ; a crimson streak in terminal part of cell with white spots above and below it at middle of cell, the upper defined by a (lark striga outwardly, the lower on both sides, conjoined to a white patch edged by dark stria? below the cell, narrowing below the submedian fold and ending at vein 1 ; the discocellulars crimson with some white on each side of them ; white spots above bases of veins 0 to 3, defined on outer side by dark stria:: a terminal series of white spots in the interspaces defined on inner side by dark stria-, the spots above veins 6 and 3 longer and the spot below vein (i small; cilia Avhite with series of dark brown spots. Hind wing pile crimson, the costal area whitish to beyond middle.
