SILVERDALE, Wash. (Feb. 8, 2017) – Capt. Alan Schrader, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) commanding officer, presents Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) 1st Class Sossi Aboki with the Good Conduct Medal during an all-hands call held at the NBK-Bangor Theater. More than 30 awards and decorations were bestowed to NBK personnel during the event.
