For the coils we would use five 114-inch returns in each house, unless the south wall of the south house is exposed or of light construction, in which case an additional pipe may be placed on the south wall. The returns may be arranged on the walls in two coils of two or three pipes each, unless bottom heat is desired under raised benches, in which case two pipes may be placed under each bench. Connect each coil with the return main at the east end of the houses, using a 1^4-inch pipe to carry the drip from the first house and increasing to 1%-inch after the second house has been connected. For the other four houses, start at the boiler with a 4-inch main, and after entering the first house take off a 2%- inch supply pipe for that house. Carry the main into the house 37x125, after reducing it to 3^-inch. In this house, after taking oil a 2-inch main to supply.
