Quirky and extraordinary museum and collection of Haitian contemporary art built by self proclaimed architect, artist s Schulz who calls himself the master mind of this project. His art features devils, bomber airplanes and UFOs as well as numerous references to pagan symbols of death and fertility. Rolf came to the Dominican Republic from Hamburg in Germany in 1990 possessing several millions of German Marks in cash. His mother's performances as an opera singer were much admired by Hitler.
