Marines with Marine Forces Reserve present the colors during a relief and appointment ceremony held at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Feb. 4, 2021. Sgt. Maj. Scott D. Grade relinquished his duties to Sgt. Maj. Carlos A. Ruiz, who will post as the new MARFORRES sergeant major. Grade will retire after 31 years of honorable and faithful service.
