New in 2016, the Donation Points, near the the south and north ends of Blackpool Illuminations were underneath a very colourful, square-shaped arch of changing lights between ends with blue, red and green twists, and red stars. The New South Promenade below the arch, seen here, is busy with cars reflecting the overhead lights, Looking north, the Bling Illuminations, sponsored by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers, are seen. The collection office, under the arch, for north-bound traffic, advertises 'Donate £5 and Get the Official Souvenir Programme'.
