Coast Guard members, assigned to Coast Guard Station Rio Vista, received a Meritorious Unit Commendation award for exceptional service from October 2014 to October 2015 during a ceremony at Station Rio Vista, Friday, Jan. 15, 2015. Station Rio Vista crew members responded to 146 search and rescue cases resulting in 192 lives saved or assisted and more than $155 million in property saved.
