A vigil outside the Australian High Commission on the anniversary of his death is read the story of Kurdish refugee Fazel Chegeni from Iran, found found dead at the bottom of a cliff on Christmas Island, Australia on November 8 2015. He was in indefinite immigration detention after being involved in a trivial fight years earlier which resulted in his visa as a refugee being revoked.
