EGYPT, Cairo: On January 25th 2011 Egypt faced the huge anti government demonstrations inspired by the uprising in Tunisia. Ten thousands of people were demonstrating, calling for President Hosni Mubarak to resign, for freedom, for abolishing the decades old emergency law and for a rise of the minimum wage. The demonstrators walked through all kind of neighbourhoods calling their fellow Egyptians to join in. The police was overwhelmed by the masses but used teagas and waepons against them nevertheless.
