Dundee has gone Japanese with the arrival of the city's first sushi and ramen bar. The Oshibori has the best of Scotland and Japan from the finest and award winning suppliers. The fish is supplied by George Campbell & Sons, the finest fish supplier of Scotland since 1872. Daily catches and the premium quality fish products are supplied to Oshibori on daily basis. Handled carefully and prepared by our highly skilled sushi chefs to ensure that their customers consume the top quality cuts. Oshibori, the newest face on Dundee's restaurant scene, will be opening downstairs from Indian restaurant Ashiana. Owner Usman Malik graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College with a Masters in Fine Art in 2011, wants chic Japanese decor to accompany his cuisine, most of which includes exclusive ingredients unavailable in the country.
