In Atsugi, a town in the prefecture of Kanagawa Junya Ishigami and Associates, winner of Golden Lion award Venice 2010, transformed the 8th floor of a former commercial building into a 'Clouds Garden'. Divided by giant concrete clouds the nursery is partitioned into diverse functional groups.
