Emporia Kansas, USA, October 1, 2014 Farmers harvest corn crop outside of Emporia Kansas today. After cutting the corn in the field using a combine equipped with a corn header on the front which first cuts the corn then husks it which then flows into the hopper compartment of the combine which when full is then offloaded into a bulk grain tractor trailer truck for transport to the local elevataor for export overseas.
