London Eye is the largest observation wheel in the world (135 meters). It was opened in 1999. It was designed by David Blian, Julia Barfield, Malcolm Cook, Mark Sparrowhawk, Steven Chilton and Nic Bailey. Millennium wheel carries 32 passenger capsules.
