A Marine with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Medical Emergency Response Team treats a simulated causality aboard a CH-53E Super Stallion from the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 166 (Reinforced) during a medical evacuation exercise as part of Djibouti Sustainment Training at Arta Range, Oct. 31, 2013.
