Prince Bernhard, in his position as Inspector General of the Armed Forces (IGK) and in the Uniform of Lieutenant Admiral (LTADM), visit the Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij (RDM) at the Heijplaat in Rotterdam. The seven provinces (Zipprov) (C 802) and the pool star (A 835), the supply ship for the Royal Netherlands Marine (KM), which after the commissioning as Harer Majesteits () will go into the pool star. On board the pool star, the IGK is in conversation with (probably) the commander of the Poolster, Captain-Ter-Sea (KTZ) Coolhaas.
