LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, ARIZ. – Reserve Citizen Airman Col Mark Van Brunt, 944th Fighter Wing commander, presents Reserve Citizen Airman Col Trena Savageau the Legion of Merit for her performance as the 944th Fighter Group commander at the change of command ceremony, August 6, 2021, at Luke Air Force Base. Savageau was responsible for training F-16 Fighting Falcon and F-35 Lightning II pilots in three squadrons and two geographically separated locations to meet the requirements of combat air forces.
