Decorated in blues vary-ing from pale cobalt to purplish, with four boldly and broadlyoutlined foliate medallions enclosing alternately flying cranesamong cloud forms and pecking peacocks among flowers, theinterspaces displaying sundry characters in circular and diamondoutline. Scroll, foliate, geometrical and medallion borders, withreserve, encircle foot, shoulder and wavy neck. Have stands. Height, inches: diameter, IJ-i inches. ( rated). 305—Pa» Quadrangular Blue and White Jam {Kemg-hri} With short cylindrical nocks rising from the flat tops, and flatcylinder-covers. Sonorous stone-weight white porcelain with abrilliant glaze, decorated on all sides, between familiar borders,with conventional flowers and leaf scrolls in two shades of bluewith white reserve. On the flat top or shoulder four large flvingbats appear, amid further scrolls. Have stands.
