Ukraine has detained the Russian tanker NEYMA. On 25 July, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), together with the military prosecutor's office, detained the Russian tanker NEYMA in the port of Izmail in the Odesa region. The SBU said that the vessel was detained for blocking Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait in November 2018.
