NORFOLK (Aug. 24, 2018) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Johnathan Richardson, center, addresses guests aboard the nuclear aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77) as Vice Adm. Andrew “Woody” Lewis assumes command of 2nd Fleet. 2nd Fleet will exercise operational and administrative authorities over assigned ships, aircraft and landing forces on the East Coast and North Atlantic.
