King Willem-Alexander in his capacity as the Head of State, delivers his “Speech from the Throne”, on behalf of the Government, in the ‘Knights’ Hall’ in the Binnenhof. The King will be accompanied by his wife, Queen Máxima as they both travel by Golden Coach the short distance from the Noordeinde Palace to the Ridderzaal.
