Capt. Jip Mosman, commander, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (left), is presented a plaque by Cmdr. Christopher Brown, commanding officer, ex-Louisville (SSN 724), following acceptance of the submarine during a brief ceremony at the shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, March 9. Ex-Louisville was decommissioned after 34 years of service and is scheduled to be recycled by PSNS & IMF.
