GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Feb. 6, 2017) Navy recruits demonstrate how to signal a "training timeout" prior to their warm-up run for physical training at Freedom Hall fitness center onboard Recruit Training Command (RTC). Recruits participate in physical training six days a week while stationed at RTC. About 30,000-40,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp.
