Saturn's moon Rhea, false-colour composite Cassini spacecraft image. This image is based on ultraviolet, green and infrared data. The colour differences on the surface are thought to be due to variations in surface texture and composition. Rhea is Saturn's second largest moon with a diameter of 1528 kilometres. The Cassini-Huygens spacecraft was launched in 1997 to investigate Saturn, its rings and its moons. Images obtained on 1st August 2005.
