FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (Aug. 10, 2018) – Cmdr. Danielle Higson, deputy staff judge advocate assigned to Fleet Cyber Command/ 10th Fleet (FCC/C10F), receives the Information Warfare Officer pin from Vice Adm. Timothy "" White, commander, FCC/C10F. Higson became the first member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the Navy to earn the Information Warfare Officer pin during a ceremony held at FCC Headquarters.
