During ejaculation, the prostrate releases fluid into the urethra which is then expelled with sperm as semen. When enlarged some of the symptoms include a weak urinary stream, feeling of incomplete urination, difficulty starting urination, frequent urination, urgency to urinate, getting up often at night to urinate, a urinary stream that starts and stops, continued dribbling of urine.
