Moorland, near Burrowbridge, Somerset, UK. 1st April 2014. Environment Agency contractors watch as a bucketful of river silt waits the return of the dumper truck on Day 2 of the Environment Agency dredging operation along the banks of the River Parrett on the Somerset Levels. Todays dredging was hampered by the use of just one dumper truck to remove the dredged silt which meant a lot of productive time was lost waiting for it to return empty.
