Through a United States Army interpreter (right), United States Air Force Major Mike Licata (left), 621st Tactical Airlift Control Element (TALCE) Commander explains his operations to the Congolese Minister of Defense General (retired) Ayayen (middle) during a tour of the Brazzaville airfield. This tour gave an overview of the operation being conducted by United States and other friendly forces in support of Operation GUARDIAN ASSISTANCE, the support to the large humanitarian effort in Africa.
