Pale yellow cherry blossoms of the Ukon type in Asukayama Park in Kita district, north of Tokyo. The park was created in the 18th century by Tokugawa Yoshimune who planted 1270 cherry trees to entertain the people during the Hanami Spring Festival. It currently has 650 cherry trees mainly of the type Somei Yoshino.
