They are half as large again as Beauty of Oxford and will easily cover a silver half dollar. The foliage is a dark cress green. This beautiful verbena will be welcomed as a distinct addition to the Ver- bena Grandiflora color group and also for the opportunity to produce from seed those color effects only obtained previously by cuttings of Beauty of Oxford Pkt. 25c URSINIA ANETHOIDES—A brilliant colored Daisy-like annual from the Cape. The dwarf plants are well furnished with finely-cut foliage, above which rise the orange flow- ers measuring over two inches in diameter, each with a deep purple zone around the center. The flowers are borne on long, wiry stems, and make an excellent decora- tion in small vases Pkt. 25c SCABIOSA GIANT LOVELINESS Loveliness is a glorious new color in annual Scabiosa, the blossoms range through varying tones of delicate Salmon Rose, it is unsurpassed as a cut flower. It has long, stifi stems and a delightful fragrance Pkt. 15c VENIDUM FASTUOSUM—A magnificent new species from the Cape. The plants attain a height of two to three feet, and above the greyish, silky foliage rise numerous, rich orange-colored Daisy-like flowers, which are marked with a purple-black zone at the base of the petals.
