Photograph taken in the Jardin d'Acclimatation in Paris. The 19 Red Indians that were exhibited at the Jardin d'Acclimatation in November 1883 were part of the Omaha tribe. They were 1121 when Roland Bonaparte photographied them. The members of the tribe used to live in the United-States and their territory was located on the East side of the Missouri (Nebraska), between Sioux-City and Omaha.
