Situated 1,300 meters above sea level in the Shan State Inle Lake is miles long and 7 miles wide doted around it's shores are stilted villages and floating gardens of the Intha tribe. The fishermen use a unique technique of leg rowing where one leg is wrapped around the paddle freeing up both arms to fish using a cone shaped net stretched over bamboo frames.
