Famous "Little Venice" in the Hora of Mykonos, Cyclades, Greece

Little Venice is one of the most beautiful and famous spots in Mykonos. Especially those hours around sunset it is packed with people, gathered there to enjoy the view of one of the most beautiful sunsets in Greece. This place is called "Little Venice", because the buildings have been constructed right by the sea with their balconies hanging over the waves. The legend has it that these houses were once pirates' houses and that they were built right by the sea so they could easily transer their loot from the boats to warehouses below the buildings. The locals call this place "Scarpa".
