A pocket pistol,Reinhard Rudolf Dick,Kassel,circa 1750. Two-stage barrel,octagonal breech section,then round after a girdle,with smooth bore in 9 mm calibre,and a slightly swamped muzzle. Flintlock with a bevelled lockplate,signed beneath the frizzen spring. Full stock with restrained carving,iron furniture and an unusual bevelled pommel. Wooden ramrod with iron tip. Length 20 cm.
