PORT HUENEME, Calif. (June 22, 2017) Capt. Mike Saum, commodore, Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, speaks at the change of command ceremony for Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2. During the ceremony, Lt. Cmdr. Michael Dobling relieved Lt. Cmdr. Justin Spinks as commanding officer of the team. UCT 2 provides construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of waterfront and underwater facilities in support of Navy and Marine Corps operations. UCT Seabees have the unique ability to perform shallow, deep water, and terrestrial construction. (
