Coast Guard Rescues Four in Atlantic. Robert F. Dienert, Parachute Rigger second Class of San Antonio, Texas prepares a package of survival rations and water for air-drop to the weary occupants of the 23-foot cruiser. The Coast Guard dropped food, water, coffee and a portable radio to the boat's four passengers to sustain them until a patrol boat arrived on scene to effect the rescue.
