ARABIAN GULF (March 18, 2019) Operations Specialist 3rd Class Austin McKee, a search and rescue swimmer, rescues the "Oscar" dummy during a man overboard drill aboard the Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Chinook (PC 9). The Chinook is forward-deployed to the 5th Fleet area of operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
