Cpl. Alexander Hernandez, representing the 711th Transportation Company, is named the 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command Noncommissioned Officer of the Year at the 2022 Best Warrior Competition on Mar 10 at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. This year’s Best Warrior Competition determined the top noncommissioned officer and junior enlisted Soldier who will represent the 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Brigade at the 79th Theater Sustainment Command Best Warrior Competition in April.
