In right of his mother,Earl of Warwick, baron of Hanflape, and one of thechamberlains to the king in his ex-chequer ; and in right of his father,baron of Elmley, hereditary con-ftable of the caftle of Worcefter, andhereditary fherifF of that the 9th day of February, inthe 52d year of king Henry III. hedid his homage, as nephew and heirto William Mauduit, the laft earl ofWarwick, for all the lands defcendedto him by his fathers death (n).
