A Spencer model 1860 carbine, calibre 56 - 56 Spencer RF, no. 32121. Matt bore, but clear rifling. Barrel length 22". Front sight nickel silver insert. Saddle ring. Seven shot. On the bolt housing marked "Spencer Repeating-Rifle Co. Boston, Mass. Pat'd March 6, 1860". Weapon in a grey-brown patina, matt, remnants of colour case hardening in places. Some scratches on right side of the muzzle. Dark brown walnut stock with light wear and storage marks. One of three screws missing on lower trigger guard extension, replaceable. A Civil War carbine in a very nice ove,
