The50 ft. side is equipped with tracks for storing the mountedwheels. The wheels are also received on this side from theroad, the cars being unloaded by means of a S-ton Gantrycrane, as shown in Fig. 1. It will be noticed that a special hookis provided that will lift four pairs of wheels at a time justas they are located on the car. -\s the worn wheels are taken from the car they are placed on.
