IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif., (June 1, 2018) Chief Gunner’s Mate Joshua Rhine, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1, guides Rear Adm. Russel Allen, reserve director for warfare systems (OPNAV N9R), during a tour of the laser shot combat simulator onboard Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach. CRG provides a core capability to defend designated high value assets throughout the green and blue-water environment and providing deployable Adaptive Force Packages (AFP) worldwide in an integrated, joint and combined theater of operations.
