King Nebuchadnezzar had a golden statue erected and ordered that everyone must bow before the statue. At the sound of the trumpet, a crowd bows before the statue. A man tells the king, on the left of the balcony, that Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refuse to bow. The three men are captured in the middle of the background. On the far right, a furnace is fired up to burn anyone who does not bow.
