KOROR, Palau (Aug. 10, 2018) Capt. Steven Stasick, Commodore 30th Naval Construction Regiment, gives remarks during the Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau change of charge ceremony. During the ceremony, Army CAT 84-05 was relieved by Air Force CAT 36-03. The Civic Action Team Palau provides construction support to the host nation, assists and trains apprentices with general engineering skills, facilitates a medical outreach program and conducts community service projects.
