Randall Duchesneau is reflected in a mirror as he speaks about the lawsuit against his former attorney Thursday, May 25, 2017 in Blue Bell Pennsylvania. Duchesneau was a Cornell University junior with a promising future when in 2006 he slipped from a gymnastic device at the university and broke his neck, leaving him quadraplegic. He sued the university and lost. He filed a lawsuit against his former attorney Kenneth Rothweiler, alleging that Rothweiler disregarded his instructions to settle the case and even failed to inform him of CornellÕs settlement offers .
