Public Immersion Pool, a public Mikveh built by the Jewish Zealots, Rebels or Sicarii, between 66-73 AD when they lived on Masada. The fortress was built in the Judean Desert by King Herod the Great between 37 and 14 BC. The Zealots lost the fight against the Romans and died in 73 AD, Masada was destroyed by an earthquake hundreds of years later. Masada, Israel. June 28, 2028
