Alan Lodge ten days away from the anniversary of his incident in March 2006 where he is accused of wilfully assaulting a policemen whilst taking his photograph during a Nottingham Police operation last March 2006 One his ninth court appearance Alans endurance case is not over yet and he has to come back yet again for the defence case to be heard on 1st May 2007 This will mean his case will have lasted fifty eight weeks
